Overwhelmed
So DH and I would like to start TTC soon. I think I want to go off the pill when I finish this pack this week. I am wondering about how my cycle would be and I lurk on here and see how long some people's cycles are and etc...
I am completely overwhelmed with all of the lingo on here even though I have been lurking for a while. Hopefully you girls can help me along!

Welcome!!! I just went off my pills March 8th..and I finally got my period April 12... 37 days My DH and I aren't going to start trying until this summer, but I did also start prenatal vitamins to prepare.... Good Luck!!!!!

This is exactly why I'm posting and lurking now. DH want to start in the fall or early winter. After reading so much here I realized it was such a science to get pregnant! But I can say you pick it up quick...and it seems like the gals on this board are very helpful and supportive.

I totally understand. I started "lurking" for a couple of weeks and then DH and I decided NOW is the time to TTC....so I got myself all worked up (with excitement)
I was overwhelmed and still am with a lot of the lingo, but I just take it one day at a time.
Definitely get yourself started on prenatal vitamins...that can be your first step.

Welcome and good luck. Initially it sounds overwhelming and confusing, but once you start even tracking your CD days, you'll catch on pretty fast!

Welcome and good luck.
Do be afraid to ask us anything we are all here to help. It can be overwhelming at first but you will get the hang of it in no time at all. Pretty soon you will be talking CM and BD.

Glad to know that there are a few of us in the same boat! I went to my doctor in early March and she gave me a prescription for prenatals so I have been taking them since then. So that is good.
I would like to start officially TTC in the summer.
I am sure I will be on this board a lot more now!

Welcome and good luck. My AF was pretty normal right away, aside from bad PMS. I was also temping to make sure that I was ovulating.
