I agree. Especially the part about seafood/crabmeat causing miscarriage? I have NEVER heard that before.
And its a load of crap, fish is excellent for you as long as you're not eating the fish that contain high amounts of mercury. Fish contains DHA/omega-3 which has been proven to be important in pregnancy.

I don't mind alternative sources, but the part about crabmeat causing miscarriage really bothers me. By posting this someone who had a miscarriage may read it and think that their eating crabmeat caused their miscarriage, and that's just not true.

Re: NUTRITION INFO

While I agree that crabmeat does not cause m/c I also think that Western medicine isn't that great so why not be open to other alternative methods. These are based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its all about what you believe in.

Re: NUTRITION INFO

I don't think pjay meant any harm. Chinese medicine is just very different. I have a lot of friends (and relatives) that study alternative medicines and they have told me much of what she posted.

I do not believe that Crab meat causes miscarriages. But it is all in what you follow and a believe.

Re: NUTRITION INFO

no worries guys.... i just deleted the info from my original posts which seemed to cause some red flags... I plan on adding some things to my diet like pineapple etc (hey that part seems like it is harmless) and wanted to see if my findings could help anyone else~~~
Don't know anything about being pregnant, miscarriages, so i didnt really read after nutrition and ovulation....
