Interesting Article
I found this in mt American Baby magazine I got to day and I thought I'd share... of course I couldn't find the article on the website, so I have to type it out, lol, luckily, it's not too long.
Scientists found that women eating low-fat or fat-free dairy are more likely to have trouble getting pregnant, while full-fat dairy has the opposite effect. The authors one or two servings of full-fat dairy a day, such as whole milk or cheese, while trying to conceive.
I can't type the rest of it cause DH is almost out the door and wants the lap top..... lol, but that is the syapsis!

Well then I should have no trouble getting Pregnant (I'm in my 6th month of TTC), bc I live on full fat dairy, I have cheese everyday!!!

Yeah, but I had to give the computer to DH for work, so I couldn't type out the whole thing, but it did mention the book.

i finally switched to 1% milk so i guess i'm just gonna have to go back to whole milk and i'm gonna go out and buy some nice yummy full fat ice cream can't wait!
also i read somewhere that eggplant was good for fertility has anyone else ever heard this i don't really like it but figured i'll try to eat it more
