POAS this AM and got BFN. No AF symptoms and shes stioll nowhere to be found.......ugh!!

I was hoping you would get a BFP. Would give me hope for myself since we have similar symptoms!

Your cycle is probably still trying to regulate itself!

Hang in there, your body could still be regulating itself.

How long have you been off BC? I would give yourself at least 6-8 moths to regulate itself.

Yikes thats a long time. Ive been off since Jan



I know... My doctor told me it could take up to 12-18 months before my system could be regulated. In my case it took 6 months.
