Pre-Natals
I have been taking Natelle EZ for almost a year now. (my nails are doing great lol) And my prescription is almost up for renewal. I have some PrimaCare samples, but they are 1 for AM and 1 for PM....do you think it's a problem if I take them both at night? I found that they give me bad breath, so it's better if I take them before bed. What do you think??

I would ask the Dr. I've never heard of vitamins that you take twice a day, but then again, I live under a rock
If you have to take them at two different times, I would just like to reccommend Lysterine Spray since you said it gives you bad breath. I practically live on it. I'm a smoker  so I use it many times a day.

I would ask your Dr.
But PrimaCare has a new version out - PrimaCareONE and you only take it once a day - so far i like them

i was going to say, i take prima care one and it's just one enormous purple horse pill....they are SUPER expensive though. my co-pay for them is $30 a month at costco...

LOL.....horse pills are fine as long as they are not purple...LOL...just kidding...but really. they are HUGE. the first time i opened the bottle i was like "what?? there's no way!"

I know they are sooo expensive. They cost me $50 per month.!!!!

I'm on PrimaCare and my doc told me I could take them together.
