ovulation question
if you got a positive OPK yesterday and then today a negative.. does that definitely mean you ovulated yesterday? Or is it still possible you are ovulating today even though you got a negative?

You get a positive right before you ovulate, so most likely you ovulate today. Did you take the test this morning though? You are suppose to test in the afternoon because that is when you surge is at its highest.

The positive means that ovulation will occur within 24-36 hours.
