Next to me dermatologists name it says RPA-C. Anyone know what it stands for?

Is that as good as seeing an MD?

Now i'm wondering if I should switch, and why they never told me that.

They are not an MD, but they are supervised by an MD. I;m sure they told you at some point, like in passing when making your appointment, but if you didnt know what they were telling you, you may have missed it.

I often see a PA or NP at my different doctors. I get in faster this way.
