Who charts their CP?
I usually just chart my CM and use OPKs. Soon I will start charting my temp again but this cycle was thrown out the window because DS was sick the first few days AF was around and I was waking up all hours of the night.
Now that the TBAF has left town I want to start charting my CP (cervical position). I have no clue what I am feeling for or what it should feel like. Is there a certain time a day that I should be checking it out?
Can anyone give me a lesson in CP101?

Re: Who charts their CP?
ok - i check it a few times a day; especially when i think i am approaching "O"
i usually check: 1. after getting out of shower in AM 2. before peeing
insert pointer and middle finger - it will feel like the tip of your nose (especially when firm - this is NOT fertile)
when it feels soft and mushy; it is ovulation time!

Re: Who charts their CP?
I used to check it every once in a while. Most sources will tell you to do it at the same time of day when you check it and make sure that your hands are clean and your nails are not sharp. You can, in some instances hurt yourself and if your hands arent clean, you can get an infection.
