How much folic acid do you take?
I've been taking 800 mg/day. Is this the norm?

yes thats good i take 1000mcg its what is in my prenatal, and i am also anemic so i always need to take extra folic acid

Ditto for me. There are 1000mcg in my prenatal as well as my iron supplement.
