Its actually more common than we think, and some ppl are just born with it, it means that your uterus just tilts back instead of forward (I think ) and it normally reverses itself during pregnancy....
I was just wondering if there are any positions that would be better to get Pregnant than not....

My Dr. said I might have something like that, but he called it an "oddly shaped uterus" lol.... He said he can't tell until I have another baby.
DD was in a frank breech position. He said he didn't know if she just got comfortable like that. If my next one is the same, then it's something to do with my uterus shape.

I have a tilted uterus and heard that from behind works. I got pregnant when we did it missionary though, so go figure, LOL.

i never heard that any "position" works better - and i have a tilted uterus. i can tell you with 100% certainty that i definitely got PG "from behind" so maybe it's true

Just browsing but saw this thread and figured I'd add my 2 cents.
So apparently my uterus is tilted toward the back. My midwife was kind enough to inform me if we do it on all fours my chances of getting pregnant would increase drastically. She explained that the deposit of the little swimmers would be right at the base of my cervix and they'd have next to no where to travel to find the egg. She also said if it's timed accurately (BD'ing) it could be easier for me to get pregnant than one without the tilted uterus.
Sure enough, DH and I followed instruction and within 3 months of trying I successfully got pregnant.
July 2nd we will be welcoming our

Ditto, but we were told by my ob/gyn that from behind is best, and for us, it definitely worked!

I have a tilted uterus, but not sure if your asking a better postion for TTC or for the fact having this makes BD sometimes painfull ?

Is it bicournate or septate? I was told that I might have one of those too, but before I ever got pregnant. I was so worried about it during my pregnancy, but there were no problems. They have no record of seeing anything during c-section so who knows.

My Dr never really got into it with me. When we found out DD was breech I was already late, so there was no time to talk about it, we just scheduled the C. He said he won't know anything until I have another baby and if that one is breech too.
