Red Eyes?

A few days ago I noticed that my 8 mo old puppy's eye are bright red. Like in the area where it should be white. I know it's ok for some redness, and cherry eye is common in bulldogs, but that is not what this is. It's bright red, all over. Almost no white.

Tomorrow is Easter, so I can't take him to the vet till monday. Has anyone ever seen this? He seems fine, still a happy hyper, puppy, so I don't think it's bothering him. It just makes me sad to loos at his eyes thinking something might be wrong.

Re: Red Eyes?

My Boston gets the same thing but then it goes away. Sometimes it lasts a few hours and sometimes a couple days. For him it's just something is bothering his eyes (allergies, etc).
