basic question
I have regular cycles, how do I know when it is the right time to conceive?
I know the window of opportunity is so short but how can I tell?
Is there something I can use or buy?

you can do lots of things
ovulation predictors (OPK's)
you can chart your temperatures
i suggest reading "taking charge of your fertility"
it is a great book and you learn alot about your body
