Charting temps & alcohol...
I just started charting temps this month & this weekend, 5 days into cycle, I got a high temp of 98.7, versus the 97.2.-97.6 temps I've been getting for the past few days. The previous night I had been out drinking for St. Patty's Day. I had read that drinking alcohol can affect your temps the next morning but I had no idea it was this dramatic!! I'm glad I still had AF so there was no doubt in my mind that the high temp couldn't be because of O. I guess I won't be able to have much alcohol when charting temps!!

I just started to temp. this month too and noticed a temp. increase after drinking alcohol. Its so strange to watch your temps change daily.
