Do you actually Ovulate when you get a peak reading? Or after your two peak readings?
For Ex. I got PEAK on CD 19 & 20
Yesterday was CD 21 got high
Today CD 22 low reading
When did I O?
We BDed CD 19 20 and 21 am I safe?

From what I understand, with the CBEFM, you ovulate on the 2nd peak day.
After your peak day, you will automatically get a second peak day and a high day following that. The second peak day should be ovulation, and the high day is because the egg can still possibly be fertilized for 24 hours.
I think that BDing on 19, 20, and 21 was perfect!

Did u get the egg yet ? Thats when u ovulate within 12 hours of that , at least thats what i think no ?

Yes got my egg on CD 19 and 20 so then I definitely ovulated.

LOL me too, cd 18 & 19,, & the 20th ( today ) peak,,
