will you share the names you and DH are thinking about to your friends and family?
Dh and i are IN LOVE w/ the girls name and we do NOT want it to become popualr or anyone to "steal" it so i think itll be a secret

When I was preggo with DS we told everyone the two names we were considering and we got all the rude comments. " Ew why that name?" or " What you should name him is this..."
This time around we will be keeping the name we pick on the DL till the day he/she is born.

We flat out told people that we will tell them the sex but we refuse to tell them names. I know it is gnawing at some family members - too bad.

DH and I haven't decided but someone I know had two names they liked and one for a and the other well lets just say the individuals knew the names they wanted and named each of their kids the names. Nice right.

spin-offing to your nursery shopping question, I tend to dream more about names than anything else.

Both our families & friends know the names we like. I say all the time that we are set for #1 bc we have a boy or a girls name. For me, I don't really care if anyone knows, it is our decision in the end...

Heck, everyone in our families, co-workers (even posted on here) knows our names.......... I doubt if very many people will name their boy Dallas...... Especially in NY....
Our Girls name is popular just spelled differently

I've had baby #2 names picked out since I had DD, lol... Fiona and Dean. I don't care what anyone says about them. But if they get popular I might have to change them.

We will probably share the names. I don't have any reason to keep it secret and neither of our familes are the type to say "why did you choose that??"
We've already decided that the middle name will be after my friend who just died. We just have to figure out a girl form of it.

NO. If and when we do get PG, I wont tell anyone. I may tell them initials but not a name. I have read on this site to many horror stories, and how rude people can be so they will be suprised.
