A towing company
A tiki bar down by the Jersey Shore or Fire Island
Wedding Consultant
An entertainment complex (sort of like a Dave and Busters, but with a roller rink, indoor go-cart track, etc.).
So random, right??
Actually John and I have discussed many times the Tiki Bar option. He makes killer drinks, used to be a DJ and he's an awesome cook. I like to cook/bake, so we could offer food and beverages. Someday

DH and I dream of bringing a "New York" food store to Key West.
In the store we would make everything NY - bagels, pizzas, sausage and pepper heroes etc. PLUS we would get to LIVE in Key West. We would import the water from here etc. so it would really be authentic.
We decided to do this after getting pizza in Key West  the line for this place was OUT THE DOOR every single day so we were so excited to try it. It was basically a glorified Dominos - it wouldn't last a day here!!

I like the idea of a coffee/tea shop too. But I'd open it in the Hudson Valley where it would stand more of a chance of being successful, and I'd hire my sister to run it, since she lives there, and is a "musician" and could bring in more business that way through all her friends who also sing and such.
My husband wants to do house flipping too, if the market improves one day.

I'm contemplating designing and manuacturing handbags. My DH just helped our neighbor start manufacturing her bags (her orders were getting too big for her to handle) and now he's on my case to do my own and see how it goes. We'll see.
Otherwise my DH and I have discussed manufacturing & selling Pet Supplies.
