i would love to rescue animals - dogs & cats, etc.
...try to find them homes without any possibility of euthanization - like a rescue organization but you really can't make money doing that. that's why i always say if i win the lottery and money was endless - that would be the first thing i did with my cash!!!

I would want a wellness store- books/candles/music and such about different cultures and their theories on healing. Something like that. Although I'm sure it wouldn't be profitable. I just think it would be fun.
If I'm talking for profit, a daycare in Manhattan.

Although I know it would never survive I'd love to own a small dainty coffee shop. Like a mom and pop type Starbucks. Less commercial and more personal.
