Pre-natals...
Hi, I am taking my first prenatal today (!!!) after seeing my dr. yesterday.
I normally take a Viactiv Multi Vitamin each morning...this is probably a stupid question, but should I only take the prenatal from now on? Will it include all the vitamins from a multi vitamin?

Yup its enough. Otherwise you will be getting too much and you might have an upset tummy.

yes, just the prenatal. some people find it easier to take at night if the DHA source is not plant based...if it is fish based you may end up with a yuckie taste in your mouth.

I would say stick w/ just the pre natals. I think both will be really hard on your stomach

Just take the prenatal. I posted yesterday about how I accidentally took two prenatals & my stomach ended up not feeling so good last night.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate all of you responding. My dr. gave me samples of different ones to try to find one I like...some of them require 2 pills each day...I can't get over the size of them!!!
