having one of those days :-(

so i'm a speech therapist at a school, and we had off last week. so today is my first day back. its already hard enough getting back into a routine, BUT to add to it- my supervisor came to observe me first thing this morning! i met with her right afterward to go over what she thought of the lesson i did... she totally ripped it apart i'm up for tenure this year, and i just have a feeling i might not get it because a few of my observations haven't been all that great... i just feel like i have no clue what i'm doing just one of those bummy down on myself days... thanks for listening

I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I'm sure you'll get tenure, try not to get down on yourself. It's just one of those days.

My SIL has been going through the same thing, she's a speech pathologist in a school district too. I'm sure it went better than you thought it did.
