Do you have dreams that haunt you?
I have had reoccurring dreams about someone I would LOVE to wipe out of my memory bank permanently. how do I make it stop?! 
this person really screwed me over about 5-6 months ago and I cannot seem to let it go

I think once you work on letting it go, the dreams will stop.
If it's always on my mind, it pops up in my dreams. And once I come to terms with it or I'm at peace with it, the dreams finally stop.

If it's always on my mind, it pops up in my dreams. And once I come to terms with it or I'm at peace with it, the dreams finally stop.
I wish I could confront this person just so I can say what's been on my mind since it happened. but that is absolutely not an option.

Can you e-mail this person and tell her through e-mail how you feel? If not the best thing is to confront her and tell her than maybe you'll be at peace with the situation and you wont have these recurring dreams... I had them myself a while ago, ended up somehow being friends with her again but my husband and her cousin had something to do with that,'BUT' our friendship will never be the same.
