What does everyone think of this laptop? Is this a good deal?

My brother had ordered a dell from QVC and HATED it!

I'm not sure which one it was though, it was maybe 2 years ago.

Way too expensive. You can get a Dell direct from them with the same Memory and hard drive starting at $699.

tHANKS! It is actually for my mom. Literally all she wants to do is go online, look at pics send a few emails and play slingO!

Can anyone recommend one? I would like to get the build oin web cam and I want it to be fast.

I would stay away from Dell, but that is just my opinion. I find the product to be sub-par and their customer service su cks.

I got my mom a Compaq for $500 at Best buy. She loves it & uses it for the same thing that you want for your mom.


This is the one she has. Also MIL has the same one & loves it. We bought it online to get the extra savings they offered and picked it up in person later that day.
