My husband who is one of NYPD says he's never heard of them cancelling anything (afterall they have to report to work no matter what the weather) but he says he's not a 100%.

not sure but I don't know if you get emails or not, but they just opened up a walk in clinic to take the test. I could always forward you the info if I can find it again. GL
