Somebody STOP me...
Well, I have been cooking non stop today. I LOVE cooking and/or baking when it is snowing. I made a veg soup this morning for lunch. Then, made a pot of marinara sauce for the he!! of it, then made eggplant parm for tonight's dinner, a homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing for the salad for tonights dinner and homemade chocolate covered strawberries for dessert. Plus, I am debating baking a lemon bundt cake now w/ lemon frosting. Hmmmm... maybe I'll skip it.
DH better come home from work hungry!
I love cooking all of this, but now I need someone to eat everything. I have no desire to eat it after I cook it. I take a taste and thats it. I made a HUGE pot of soup and had a small cup of it for lunch. I guess my freezer will be packed out today. At least a few meals are made for the weekend.

LOL.... you're like my husband. when he cooks, he cools everything! the other night he made 2 homemade pizzas with his own sauce, soup and his homemade Ragu with pallenta.
I was like I can't eat all this!!! :)
everything sounds great though... enjoy!

this was me on Monday. I roasted a chicken for dinner with mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli rabe, then roasted 3 chicken breasts, and made a double pot of marinara sauce to use in meals for the rest of the week.
I would have made more but I was being lazy

DH is going to come home and be like...  That I made all of his favs and he gets to eat all of it. I hardly cook like this anymore, so he will be a happy man tonight.
