A few questions...

I have a few questions for those of you who've had early miscarriages...

1) About how long did you bleed? Is the first day of bleeding like CD1?

2) Did you ovulate in the weeks following? Was it around the same CD you would've normally?

3) How long was it from when you started bleeding before you got AF?

My doctor is really not being very helpful. She just keeps referring to this as my period, which gives me the impression that she believes I'll bleed about the same amount & I should go back to a normal cycle now. All I know is that my HCG levels are "very, very low, but not quite zero yet". I'm guessing by the time they draw blood again on Monday it will be zero. I'm just curious how long I can expect to bleed (I have only had brown spotting for the last 2 days, but now there is some red again) & if I should assume that I will ovulate this month. I know it's different for everyone, but I'm just trying to get a general idea of what I can expect.

My 1st mc was a chemical. I just bled like my period, just a little heavier. Then I was back to my normal cycle, and normal ovulation day......

i had a m/c at 5 weeks. It was like a period, just heavier, and lasted a few days longer. I don't know if I O'd the following month, I didn't do any testing or anything that month, but I got AF 29 days later and it was normal.

I know how hard this must be, and I'm so sorry you're going through it.

I barely bled at first when I miscarried like 3 days really lightly.

I wasn't checking for oulation but I got AF 28 days later (my usual cycle) and hte only difference was that I bled really heavy with a lot of clots.

The only thing that changed for me after the M/C is that LP got shorter the next few months. I started taking B6 last month and I am back to my normal cycle and LP this month!!!

I miscarried at exactly 5w, although my blood levels taken that day indicated that I started miscarrying before that date. I bled normally and counted the first day of bleeding CD 1. I bled for 4 days.

I ovulated on CD 17 as per the OPK's which was my normal cycle day for ovulation.

And my period...it never came!!!! I got another BFP 10DPO!!!

My m/c had me bleeding heavy for several days with it getting lighter as days went on. I bled for 9 days total. I counted the first day as CD1 and got my period on time the next month. HTH! Good luck Dani!!

i lost the baby at 7 weeks. i knew it was going to happen 1 week earlier based on my HCG levels not rising high enough.

i lightly bled for 2-3 days. next period never came,,, i got pg with twins right away. im 5+ months along now...

O was delayed a little but i charted with BBT , used OPK and got blood levels checked with the dr.
