Just off the pill
I just came off the pill a little over a month ago, and I still have not gotten AF. (Definitely not PG)
For those who came off the pill, how long did it take for you to get your first AF?

Mine was pretty regular right away. That was about a year ago and I think it was 28-29 days then and now it's down to consistent 26 day cycles.

48 days. It can take several months for your body to regulate itself, so give it time. What CD are you on?

Right 31 days is definitely not abnormal. It will take a few months for everything to get back to normal.

I didn't get it for over 60 days. Dr. put me on progesterone. I take the last one tonight so hopefully in the next 7-10 days my period will show up! I'm praying!

Oh my goodness... I can't wait 50-60 days. Did any of you just feel awful? Like you were on the verge of getting it like any second? I'm miserable!

My first cycle off was 37 days, second cycle was 34 days, and third cycle was 41 days. Hopefully it will start to regulate soon.

The first 2 months off of the pill my cycles came regularly but then over the next 4 months I only got it twice and started to realize it was getting irregular. My gyn said it's normal and your body is just trying to figure out how to ovulate on it's own. She told me not to stress, but it's really hard not to esp when you are ttc! It's approx 34 days since my last period and I feel like she's going to be here any day now.

I stopped the pill on 1/6 ...I am on CD 45 with no sign of AF.... it is so frustrating.... I gained like 4 pounds in the past 3 weeks... b/c I am like oh I feel hungry I must be getting my AF, I need chocolate...

Yes I remember the first few months I felt awful. I was hoping I'd get pregnant right away and go right back on the pill. Now my symptoms have calmed down a lot-but I read into every single one.

I have an appt with my gyn in a few weeks. She wants to do blood work and plan when to take me off the pill. I'm worried because some people say you can get PG right away after going off the pill and some people say it can take a long time? How long do you girls think I should be off the pill before we start trying?
