Re: XPOST - RE... how soon?

3 months may be a smidge too soon to consult with an RE, but considering your history, it might just be worth it to go ahead and make the appointment, especially if you have a PPO and you don't need to get any kind of approval.

In the meantime, if you wait a few months, make sure you're keeping very good track of your cycles through OPK's/CBEFM and charting, so you're armed and ready by the time you walk into your RE's office, so you don't have to waste anymore time. Chat Icon

Given your history, I might try to pursuade DH to go for a SA to see how his swimmers are doing. A SA is the easiest and least invasive of all fertility tests. All he has to do is give a sample in a cup at home and you bring it to a lab. Any doctor can order one for you. GL!

I would totally go to an RE soon. Why not? Get to the heart of the matter - if there is a matter - as soon as possible.

Good Luck!

My thoughts exactly. I'm going to call tomorrow to set up an appointment with Dr. Keningsberg at Long Island IVF based on recs from a poster.
