Help!

My cycles are btwn 32-36 days. I had my . on 02/10/08 so when should we be bding?? I had cramps yesterday becasue I should have had my . yesterday and not the 10th. Any help would be great. We'll start with OPK's after April 7 so please do not suggest them. TIA

If you have a typical luteal phase, then you will O between CD 18 and CD 22.

Maybe BD every day (if possible) from CD 16-23. Or every other day in between that time.

I think that would be 2/25-3/3.
