How do you read these BBT charts
i looked online but i am still confused is it when your temp goes up high you are ovulating and then it drops down you already ovulated or vice versa.. thx

I think that once the temps have spiked then dropped, you have ovulated.
The thing with charting is that you can't tell that you're ovulating until AFTER it happens. Most people chart to get an idea of when they ovulate... it can help you familiarize yourself with your cycles.
You might want to do that in conjunction with OPKs so that you can confirm ovulation with your temps.

thank you so much..... it looks like I ovulated already on the 3rd day of my period can that be possible???
I just started testing first 2 days of my period flat temp 97.01 3rd day spiked high yesterday low and then today its back where it started when i first got AF???
is this possible ...how can i get preg if i ovulate during my cycle.... has this happened to anyone??

Pre-O temps are low. To confirm O, you will see a sustained shift of rising temps. Post O temps are higher and will remain high until you get AF.
During AF, temps can be erradic due to fluctuating hormones, but should return to low by the time your period is done.
It doesn't sound like you Oed because you need to see a SUSTAINED temp rise, not one or 2 high temperatures.
