Valentines Night ;-(
I will be home alone while DH goes bowling. I of course made a deal with him that he'd go bowling on Thursday if I went to the concert last night with a friend so I went & had a good time.
I also have no internet as my router needs to be replaced so Verizon is coming Saturday.

I understand - I'm in the same boat.
Last year (my only V-day engaged), I spent the day alone in China on a busines trip.
This year, my first married, DH has class... so I'll be spending it alone or with a friend.

My DH wont be home either.
Since I'm on my own tonight I just scheduled a doctor's appt. for after work, and I'm not even sick. I just need to refill my prescriptions.
Valentine's day a the doctor's office....The thought of sitting in the waiting room with all those sick people makes me  .

i'll be alone, too... DH is CA for work. He did send me an edible arrangement though, with a note saying not to make plans for saturday  so i guess hes planning on making it up to me somehow.
but, it still REALLY stinks to not be together on the actual day
