i honestly don't know.
my head says that if WE exist then why can't other "people" on other planets/stars exist?
my gut says that it took a LOT for us to get where we are today (the planet, i mean, and its environment) and i think that it would be a HUGE coincidence if another planet were able to sustain life as ours does.

I think given the size of the universe it's more improbable that we are the only life out there.
But I think until we have real evidence, we'll never know.

I would find it hard to believe that, in the entire galaxy, we are the only planet with life.
But, with that said, I'm sure that life takes on many different, odd, forms, so I seriously doubt that there's an alien nation that's bipedal like us, flies little space ships, and just hovers around in our atmosphere for entertainment purposes

this is what i think there is probably something else out there but they don't look like us and even act like us

Yeah sure---i mean the universe is so vast and there are millions of galaxies out there that we will never be able to explore.
chances are beings on those planets are posting on a message board pondering the same thing.

The universe is so big, I could never say we are "definitely" the only ones, I think it is possible that they exist, but who knows.
Ditto this.
No human being has seen the entire universe to prove that there ISN'T alien life forms out there. Until that is done there is always the possibility.

I don't believe in aliens in the sci-fi sense, but I do believe that there is life on other planets, although it may be a very primitive, or basic life form (e.g., amoebas, etc.)
