Do you think that...
M&M's can give you bad dreams?
I have been making my way through a bag of plain ones this week in the evenings and having terrible dreams every night.

I really hope not, considering I just put three of them in my mouth.
maybe it's the sugar overload before bed....
I must say though, I much prefer the ones with nuts. plain just doesn't do i for me...come to think of it, maybe it's the lack of nuts before bed

Last night I went on a terrible vacation and I came home early to find that my parents had rented out their bedroom to a business man. Then I had a dream that I cut off all of my sons fingers (not to worry, he had all his digits when e woke up this morning) and then I had a dream that my friend and her son were in a car accident, and WHO KNOWS what I am going to dream about tonight!!
Well, its almost 10 and I am off to bed to find out if I have bad dreams tomorrow...check back in the am.

I have weird drems if I eat too much chocolate before bed. I guess it is the sugar & caffiene as mentioned above.
You should consider having the M & Ms for breakfast instead.
