Because I could sell bikinis to eskimos
I've been nominated for an award at work 
I was really feeling down about work, very frustrated but a lot of things and down because my promotion hasn't come as soon as I wanted it. So this is an awesome surprise.
I was nominated for Business Developer of the Year!

Thank you! I've been nominated for the regional title, and I have to write an essay tonight. I'm also most likely going up against people who have been there a lot longer (people in all diff positions around the region)..and then if I could win the region, I will be entered for the national award.
I don't know if I have a chance to win, but it feels great to be nominated!

Thanks! I think some of the PCMS and GMs have already been nominated and I'm sure regional people and CDs. But we'll see. My boss chose me to nominate from KP. It feels good to recognized!
Then again the high rate of turnover in our region for PCMs and CDs could work in my favor (not sure if this is the case in Metro, but it is in a good chunk of TS)
