YIKES!!!!!!!!!
I grew up in Rochester and there were days it was -10 to -15 below w/wind chill - the SDs would cancel school so the kids (like myself at the time) wouldn't have to stand out at the bustops and get frostbite in minutes.

it was so cold and windy today that when I was walking from my car to my job, it felt like needles on my face. and I think it was -5 with the wind chill.
I seriously cannot even imagine it 35 degrees colder
