IDIOT!!!!!
I'm showing my mother some pictures on my new cell phone tonight. We're standing in the kitchen, right by the stove, when all of a sudden the phone slips out of my hand. I fumble for it and knock it into a pan of oil!  
It's totally ruined. The screen is f-ed beyond repair. I'm such a dumb@ss.

Ugh - man that stinks!
Maybe they will give you a new one since you just got it.
I dropped a brand new phone once and cracked the screen. Luckily they gave me a new one.

ooh that stinks! maybe because it's brand new it's still under limited warranty? (not sure if oil is covered though  )
