Question (maybe TMI)
As I have already posted in previous topics I have no idea when or if I Oed this month. I'm on CD 34 (cycles are usually long). The past 3 days I have had some brown spotting when I wipe. IS THIS MY PERIOD???? There is no red at all. have subtle cramps. I usually will have spotting one night before I get AF...I have never had this before and I have no idea what is going on????

Implantation bleeding is usually pink. How long are your cycles on average?

My cycles are NOT normal. They range from 32-43 days long.

Re: Question (maybe TMI)
Brown or light pink spotting can either be the beginning of your period-which means your progesterone may be slightly on the low end..or it could be implantation bleeding

I think that it is the beggining of my period because it is still brown but getting heavier. I think AF will be here tomorrow. What does it mean if my progesterone is on the low end???

Re: Question (maybe TMI)
Well if you get Pg you want your progesterone to be high or you can have m/c. It is what keeps AF away. You want your progesterone to be nice and high and then drop of suddenly to bring on AF each month. If you have low prog. you will have spotting like that before each period. A doctor might put you on prog. supplements. But if this is the only month that happened I wouldn't worry too much.

if you have a "bad" egg you could have low progesterone. you also could have had an anovulatory cycle. Do you usually get a pos. OPK?

Re: Question (maybe TMI)
I had that this past cycle but only for a day. I guess it was just dried up blood from one of my prior months bc AF came about 3 days afterwards...I hope this is not the case for you
