I can vouch for the rib cage and the ankle...I have tattoos in both spots
The least painful for me was in between my shoulder blades

That's funny, for me the ankle was one of the easiest and my shoulders were the worst. Everyone is different I guess.

My upper thigh and my ankle i think hurt the worst. But the EYE! OMG that has to hurt. My eyes hurt just thinking about it. OUCH!
