NOPE!
There was this lady - she had a case and it was down to the LAST two cases - the case up there and hers - well, the banker dude offered her $110,000 b/c the last two amounts left were 200 grand OR $1,000.
Well, she TURNED IT DOWN - believing that her case had the 200 grand. Now, it wasn't the difference between the offer of 110 and a MILLION - it was just a difference of 90 grand OR you go home with 1,000 dollars.
So, EVERYONE was like OMG TAKE THE DEAL -- go home with 110 grand --more money than you'll EVER see - But did she?? NOPE - she turned it down and her case had 1,000 dollars!!!!!
GREEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mathematically, that makes no sense. The first 110,000 will make a significant change in her life. An additional 90k will have diminishing returns, so won't be as critical.
I'm very boring and analytical when I watch that show....

I was SCREAMING at her for being an idiot. It makes no sense to risk THROWING AWAY $109k to possibly gain $90k. It's just sheer stupidity. She deserved what she got.

I love it when greedy people get what they deserve. That is what the whole show is based on people's greed. Have they ever given a million dollars away yet? I don't think so (unless I missed it).

In all fairness, picture yourself up there in front of lights, cameras, screaming people, faced with a decision.
I don't know how anyone thinks straight on that show or any show like it.
Maybe I would have chosen the $110K, maybe not, but I just want to cut these people some slack. KWIM?

i can see your point! but i just think that there are greedy people vs non greedy ... i would just be happy standing up there in fame for 1hr, winning ANY kind of money.. and for me.. 25,000 is alot.. i would never be stupid and risk a great amount of money...but thats just me.. 
i would also pick the people to be there with me, that wont drive me into saying "no deal" i want them to support me and play smart! you have to pick the right people!!
