Re: Swollen legs....
Put your feet up!
It can be norm.... def check with your doctor tho if it doesn't let down though. Edema is a precursor to preeclampsia....

Re: Swollen legs....
Mine started this yesterday. It means that you are started to retain water. I had this happen with DS. At your next appointment mention this to OB (in case they can't notice).

Re: Swollen legs....
Swelling is normal in the legs. If your face or hands get swollen, call you ob. It could be pre-eclampsia.
You're almost at the finish line!

Re: Swollen legs....
Slight swelling is normal. My legs started swelling about 3 weeks ago. Just a little bit. The doctor told me to keep my feet elevated as much as possible and make sure I keep drinking lots of fluids to flush all the water out. So far it has remained about the same and thankfully has not gotten worse.

Re: Swollen legs....
I had terrible swelling in my legs from my knee down for the last couple of months of my pregnancy. And then a few months after the baby was born just for fun! Try to stay off your feet as much as possible and drink lots and lots and lots of water. If it becomes a big concern, talk to your doctor. And be glad that it's not warm out...that makes the swelling worse!
