WR-Sort of-Did you register for Luggage?
My wedding, has come and gone...almost married 2yrs.
Im heading on vacation soon and I have no luggage.
I guess I conveniently used my parents luggage for my honeymoon.
Im wondering why I didnt register for one...since I do travel at least once a yr.
Cause now I need one! 
I know it used to be common but I didnt do maybe cause no one told me to.
SO just curious.

we did.....not for a set but for seperate pieces that we wanted.
We got 2 big pieces and one garment bag.

Yes, I did! and I'm so happy because I got the entire set (1 carry-on, 2 small rolling suitcases, 2 medium sized, 2 garment bags and 2 large sized)!!

yes, we did. My MIL got it for us for Christmas the year before we got married. It's come in handy.

we did because DH didnt reallly have much...I got it at my shower....I would not have thought of registering for it though if he didnt mention it though...
just so you know...Kohls and Penneys have some nice luggage, and I saw some really nice pieces at Marshalls yesterday..but of course they are hit or miss...

I did. I was tired of shoving things into various duffle bags & backpacks whenever we went anywhere. So we registered for & received 1 large & 1 medium suitcase, 1 garment bag & 1 carry-on.

I did, but my stepmom might have had a point. You can get a whole set at Costco for a deal.
When you expensive luggage comes out looking like it has been thru the war it seems like I should have spent the money on something else.

We didn't bc we both had one BIG suitcase we used for travelling & they were pretty new. I have since started to acquire newer pieces with all the matching elements whenever a store has a sale!

We did and then it got discontinued and we never got it.
It's a funny story though because a month before my showers DH was despereatly trying to get me to register for a new set not telling me that he was hearing from my mom and his mom that people were trying to get it and it was discontued or something.
There is a discount place by us and we keep saying we will go get a nice full set...someday! For now, we have crappier older models.

we did not because my mom went, rather than registering for each bag separately, to costco and/or BJ's and bought us two four or sometimes they have five piece sets - they were a great price, an awesome brand (samsonite with the spinner wheels) and we have a full, complete set of luggage! easy! 
definitely check out costco or bj's for that - they have the full sets there for the price of what one bag would cost at macy's.

We didn't but I already had a set from years ago and I had gotten a set for DH for Christmas a few years ago, so we really didn't need any more luggage.

I don't remember if we registered for it. But my parents bought us a full set of luggage when we got engaged.
So either we registered for it, and she bought it right away, or we planned on registering for it, but she bought it before we even had a chance to put it on our registry.

we did--- we fell in love with atlantic luggage. my brother and sil ended up buying all of it for us... they even found pieces that we wanted but that the store didn't carry and bought them for us online and had them shipped.

MIL got me my luggage for my shower. I didn't register for it, or even think to. Thank god she did because we needed new luggage desperately. It was so great while we were traveling too. It was recently on sale at Macy's if you wanna take a look:

We did and we got it (just as it was being discontinued). I wasn't in love with it and I would've been fine re-registering but, my aunt ordered it from Samsonite directly.
That being said - I wish I hadn't gotten the largest bags and got 2 of the 25 inch bags. We usually end up getting charged a fee with the large bag because it's over 50 lbs.
