I used it all 4 times we BD. Not sure if it helped but it couldn't hurt and it was easy to use.

We used it this cycle & I can say that I liked it. I felt like it held all the little guys in there  We didn't need it for any dryness issues but we figured we would pull out all the tricks this month

we did a 4 day BD marathon. On days 1 and 2, EWCM was around, and we didn't need it. But boy, on days 3 & 4, preseed was our best friend!
I definitely didn't hurt, becuase it worked
