I have two
1) is a food and travel writer/tv host.
2) is a literature professor at a small but nice four year university

I'd be planning/scheduling/researching for a travel show or magazine. I don't like being on camera.

I'd run my own magazine. I actually tried to do this right out of college, but it flopped after one "issue."
DH would be building custom cars & bikes.
We both would also like to open a restaurant someday.
Oh, but if I could be independently wealthy.....that would work too.

That's what I would LOVE to be if I were single!!!
But I've have to say a more realistic dream job, now that I'm married and a mom, would be a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

I actually had thoughts of culinary school...not sure if that will ever come to fruition though....
I'd also take being a 'trainer" (ie thigh rub-er) for the ITA loL of FIFA

Stay At Home Mom. And I never wanted to be. But now I do. I want to be the SUPER SAHM! The mom that goes to every school function and all field trips. I want to be the coach of my kid's soccer team and the mom who plans cool sleepovers. I want to have the perogative to make a nice roast during the week - instead of coming up with the quickest meals possible.
Also - novelist. Not just any novelist though. I want to be the one that makes you wish you could turn your words into living things like I do. I want to be the novelist that makes you dig your fingers deep into your palms just to reassure yourself that you are still in your own world - because the one I created is so vivid and so real that you could swear you are there.

I love what I do, but I definately would want to be a travel agent or be a writer for Travelers Magazine so I could go on tons of free trips
