Parks in East Northport/Northport?
Anyone know a place in the area that would make a good backdrop for wedding pictures (for a summer wedding)?

I agree. Also nice is Crab Meadow & Sunken Meadow for beach pictures.
One of my favorite photos from my girlfriend's wedding is the photo of her & her DH on the lifeguard chair with her veil drapped down.

Barbara that sounds like a BEAUTIFUL picture!!! DH & I sit on the lifeguard stand to watch the sunset all the time at the beach house.

We took some wedding pics in the village park in downtown northport, and our e pics at sunken meadow. Both came out great.
Crab meadow beach could be nice too.

Also, a few miles down is Centerport and there is the Church-Our Lady Queen of Martyrs. It's nice over there.

Completely forgot the Centerport locations, MillPond, Centerport Beach and the Vanderbilt Museum is gorgeous for photos but they charge a fee.
