Question about CD 1...sorry if TMI
I got AF last night - a mean like a heavy, red flow. It was at night. Prior to that, I had a light brownish dc for a few days. So was yesterday, even though it came before bed in full force  , considered cd 1?

Yes, CD1 is the first day of full flow.

No, today would be your CD1. CD1 is the first full day of full flow. If you had gotten full on AF in the morning it would have been CD1, but since you were spotting pretty much the whole day today would be your CD1.
