Is this normal/possible ??

This is my first month using the CBEFM. I am on CD6 so it is the first time I have actually had to test. I got a high reading Chat Icon

My cycles aren't regular. Anywhere from 28-40 days but isn't day 6 a little early?

I know it takes a few months to get used to you but I have never head of getting a high reading on the first day.

Thanks in advance Chat Icon

This is my first month using the CBEFM too! I got Low readings CD 6 until CD11 and then got a High reading CD11 until CD14 [this morning] when I got my first Peak reading! Since your cyles are irregular, I would BD at least once or twice during the High readings. If you have 3 days of High readings like me, then you may OV on CD 9... it's possible! Have fun BDing and good luck! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Btw- do you have EWCM yet? That is also an indicator of impending ovulation.

Thanks so much for responding! I always just assumed I O'd much later in my cycle.
2 cycles ago I was using OPK's.. I started on day 10 and NEVER got a smiley face so I started getting nervous and broke down and got the moniter.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

As far as EWCM I'm not sure how to tell. I also am finishing up w/ AF so I didn't think it was possible to get my high reading yetChat Icon

Re: Is this normal/possible ??

Don't worry about the EWCM. Maybe wait till tomorrow to BD if you are still finishing up AF. It's up to you! Keep in mind- you may have a different # of High days than me...so you may have more Highs and OV on a later CD than 9. I would start BDing at the least- every other day and then BD every Peak reading day, as well as the High reading you should get the day after the Peak reading. Hope that all made sense!
