8 wks and hand movements
ok..so i'm new at this mommy thing - i think im doing ok, but who knows - he's growing and happy so i guess all is well. anyway, i dont know if he is just exploring his face or if his ears are bothering him, he puts his hands all over his face, cheeks, ears and eyes. he pulls on his ears from time to time when nursing same as with the other parts of his body and frequently, my neck/breasts..so is he just feeling around or do u think i should be concerned about an ear infection?
he doesn't seem warm, i tried to take his temperature but he didn't cooperate
and doesn't feel warm on his belly or cheeks, doesn't show signs of being ill -- but i still worry abou it. i dont want to miss something and since im new to the whole mommy deal i'm still a worry wart.
k - if u got this far thanks for reading
if u have any advice - tia

is he eating normally? if he isnt eating the way he usually does, is cranky/tired then i would be concerned with him be sick... otherwise, maybe he is just exploring??

Yep. At that time DS started rubbing and pulling. I was so nervous he had an ear infection. He also began swinging his arm and banging it into my chest. Pleasant, I know! If he's growing and soiling, just monitor him. If he's got a fever, or refuses to eat, then get to the dr!
