preseed is a lubricant that is sperm friendly. Most lubricants are not sperm friendly

I need to get some of this also. It is healthy Im a little worried about using something my doctor did not recommend to me.

I've used it, and I believe its milder than any other over the counter lubricant you would buy at a drug store, so I wouldn't worry!!!
