Just got back from my sonogram...
and it looks like I have PCOS. The sono tech saw small strands of cysts on my ovaries. I am so upset and can't stop crying. I know it's not "the end of the world", but it's not what I wanted to hear. I have to go back next week to go over the blood results and the sono results, and for the doctor to confirm the diagnosis. I know many women deal with this - can you offer any words of advice?

i am glad, at least, that you have a diagnosis and you can now get the help you need to get PG!!

First, here are some
My SIL and my cousin both have PCOS so I have seen them go through this early on (my SIL from the age of 21 and my cousin from when she was in her teens!).
I can imagine how hard this is on you but try and be positive.

I have PCOS- I know it stinks, but I promise you, it's not the end of the world. I'm surprised that they would make that diagnosis based off what they saw- usually they don't make the diagnosis until they've done the blood tests. Though it's hard to hear, it's better that you find out about it now so you can get it under control. Please FM me if you have any questions. A lot of us have PCOS.

Thanks for your replies.
I go back to the doctor on the 31st to get the results of my blood work and sonogram. However, as of now, looks like this is what I have. I can't stop stressing about it - I never thought I'd have to deal with something like this. Guess it was pretty naive of me
