Heavy AF and MC question.....
I think I might have had a MC. I was not late, but this month I had a weird metal taste in my mouth, and I was exhausted and felt faint and light headed. MY BB's were so sore. When AF arrived she was very very heavy- which is unusual for me. I have been exhausted all week. Is this possible? I have heard that sometimes you do not know you are pregnant and you just have a very heavy AF. Did anyone ever have this? I feel fine now- it took a solid week to feel back to my old self.

It's definitely possible (ask twinkletoes!)
Try seeing your obgyn, she might be able to confirm whether or not you're right.

Re: Heavy AF and MC question.....
It happens to women all the time, you MC without really knowing you were ever pregnant. I believe this happened to someone on the board recently.

Re: Heavy AF and MC question.....
Yes it is possible. When it happens early, most women do not even know they were pregnant.

Re: Heavy AF and MC question.....
I think I read somewher that about half of pregnancies are lost before AF is due.. most people don't even know. Then after AF is due the rate drops to 20%.. It is very possible that this happened to you. Did you ever test? You may have had a faint line but maybe not.

No, I never tested because I made a pact with myself not to test until AF was late. I kept spending money on tests and did not want to get test crazy. Thank you all of your for your thoughts, and concerns. I guess I am not going to be upset becuase I did not know what was going on at the time. If it could happen, it will happen again.Maybe this time it will stick.

Re: Heavy AF and MC question.....
It is possible. I had an m/c at barely over 4 weeks. Had I not been monitored by an RE and not had a blood test to confirm the day after I got a positive on an HPT, I never really would have known.
