What wonderful news.. It is so strange that some doctors say 3 months after a miscarriage of only 6 weeks or so but yours said two months. It just adds to my theory that most people don't need to wait at all.

He said the reason he really would like to see me wait is to let my body rest a little, but more to get the folic acid in my system. Perhaps bc this wasn't a miscarriage?? I don't know. It's not that my body couldn't sustain this little life, it's just that the baby didn't develop properly. I guess it's kinda the same, but not? I wish I knew.
In the 3 month defense, one of the many doctors I spoke to did say 3-6 months. I think it does depend on the situation perhaps.
