Unhappy with OB/GYN...
Please recommend yours. I am in West Islip. I would like a Dr. that would deliver at st. catherines or Good Sam.Thank you Ladies.

Right in West Islip is Nassau Suffolk OBGYN 631-376-1010 (they're on Montauk Hwy and Sectaugue Lane I think).
Dr. Antoniadis is the only Dr. who delivers, so he is the only Dr. I will be seeing and I like that idea!!!

I grew up in WI and saw Dr. Denise E. Lester and on some occasion Dr. Jacqueline A. Ammirata of South Bay OB/GYN, they were both wonderful. I'd still be seeing them if it weren't for the fact that we moved away.

I go to Suffolk OBGYN and I love them! But, after looking at the website, it doesn't look like they deliver at St. Catherine's or Good Sam. Sorry! Why do you want those particular hospitals?

Without a doubt Dr. Trivedi. I cant say enough great things about him.
He is located in North Babylon, just S. of the Southern State Parkway.

He just delivered my baby on Friday at Good Sam and I was 110% happy with him.

I just moved out to East Islip and am looking to change my Ob/Gyn too...one of my best friends raves about this practice!! Dr. Judge is her doctor!

South Bay gets a bad rap on here. I have been using them for over ten years and have always been happy with them! Personal preference I guess!

I had the same problem...I was with Mercy Med. Center, behind was the Dr.'s office and I was not happy with them. I switched to my cousin's place which after research on here got several recomendations on these boards. FM me for info it is in Garden City though and with Winthrop...not sure if it is too far for you??
You have to click with the Dr. and office for you will be miserable. GL!

I go to Dr. Leo in North Babylon - have been for years.
Both he and his daughter are in the practice now - he's the head of the board of Obstetrics at Good Sam.
I love him...

I know his daughter sees the younger patients. He just delivered my friends baby and I'm going to have to find out if he will still be delivering in July.
ETA: He does still see patients, my sister was just there two weeks ago (I have everyone I know going to him)
